A carefully selected blend of Peruvian cocoa beans with a light, less bitter taste and Ecuadorian cocoa beans with a gorgeous aroma. You can enjoy the rich, powerful taste of cocoa. For sweetness, we use "coconut sugar," a natural sweetener made by boiling down coconut nectar. It has a mellow, brown sugar-like sweetness and flavor that goes perfectly with cocoa.
