Kewpie Corporation will be releasing a new product, "Plant-based Pasta Sauce - Cod Roe Style," from its "GREEN KEWPIE" brand, which develops "sustainable foods" such as plant-based foods, on Thursday, August 8nd.

"GREEN KEWPIE" is a new brand launched in March 2023. For home use, the lineup consists of eight products, including two dressings currently on sale, "Plant-based Sesame Dressing" and "Plant-based Caesar Salad Dressing," two "HOBOTAMA" products (scrambled egg style and heated liquid egg style), a "Plant-based mayonnaise type," pasta sauces "Plant-based Bolognese" and "Plant-based Carbonara," and the newly released "Plant-based Pasta Sauce - Cod Roe Style."

Just mix with boiled pasta! Developed using Kewpie's unique technology, this plant-based cod roe-style sauce has a similar taste and texture to cod roe.
