I think we were able to create a perfect pasta sauce that goes well with ZENB noodles, and is also delicious with wheat pasta.

A deep flavored sauce inspired by slow-simmered bolognese.By drawing out the deliciousness of herbs, spices, and flavored vegetables with oil, we have achieved a surprising richness that you wouldn't expect from vegetables alone.
