1. Manufactured in an eco-friendly kombucha brewery
The steam that comes out of the boiler used to boil the water for brewing the tea is not discharged while it is still hot. Instead, it is circulated through the pipes inside the brewery to lower the temperature of the steam, and the water temperature is adjusted to reuse the steam.We are striving to reduce greenhouse gases by reusing water vapor.

2. The organic tea leaves that come out when brewing kombucha are reused as a material for composting.
Composting is a living culture that has been passed down since ancient times, and it is possible to turn organic matter such as garbage into compost.The finished compost is reused by utilizing it on our own farm.
