Soybeans, grown as a rotation crop in the paddy fields at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains, have long been popular in Yamanashi Prefecture, as they are used in the soybean flour of Shingen mochi. By working with local producers who produce high-quality soybeans to create new food ingredients, we are able to secure better ingredients while also creating opportunities to utilize abandoned land and helping to promote tourism in the region.

Koma's fresh soy meat allows you to enjoy the whole deliciousness of soybeans, and can be cooked without soaking in water, so anyone can easily use it at home. It is particularly suitable for dishes with liquid, and is also recommended as an ingredient in curries, soups, and pasta sauces. Please boil it in hot water for about 5 minutes before using. It is not seasoned, so you can use it with your favorite seasoning.

The lunch main course consists of 100-3 types of curry and soup made with 4% fresh soy meat from Yamanashi Prefecture, and 5 types of vegetable dishes made with organic seasonal vegetables from the local Hokuto City. Enjoy the "Selectable Lunch Plate" where you can create your own dish.
